OSkit

To properly use NILO is all it's glory, it must be configured with --unix-examples for Linux hosting support to work. This builds the additional libraries needed.

OSKIt seems to currrently have a problem with autodetection of the correft port. If like me you have a multiport board, and you're on a coaxial cable, you may experience problems. To stop defaulting to the AUI port and use my BNC 10base/T port, I have to forcibly force the detection by hacking the driver source.
